Inama’s Vin Soave Classico 2024 is a refined white wine made with 100% Garganega grapes from vineyards over 30 years old located in the volcanic hills of Monteforte d’Alpone and Soave, in the province of Verona. The wine has a very light yellow hue, the nose expresses delicate and refined aromas of chamomile, elderberry and iris, accompanied by fruity hints of peach and apple. in the mouth it stands out for a pleasant minerality and an almond aftertaste that enhances its good acidity and drinkability. Vinification involves a short maceration on the skins and aging for 6 months in steel, which preserves the aromatic purity and naturalness of the obtained. A versatile wine, ideal to accompany fish dishes, risottos and green salads.
