“La Côte Faron” by Jacques Selosse is a sunny Blanc de Noirs from Aÿ. Biodynamic Pinot Noir aged 6 years on the lees. Apple, honey and withered flowers make up an intense bouquet. Powerful and structured in the mouth, it expresses the strength of the Grand Cru with a clear minerality.
