Jacquesson’s Cuvée 748 Extra Brut, obtained in the Dizy winery, Champagne, is a Champagne made from Chardonnay (61%), Pinot Meunier (21%) and Pinot Noir (18%) grapes coming 55% from the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon and 45% from Avize and Oiry. Vinification involves fermentation in oak barrels and aging on the lees with a dosage of 2 g/l. The wine has a bright straw yellow hue and expresses aromas of white fruit, citrus fruits and hints of pastry on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, refined and with good persistence, representing a harmonious expression of the Champagne terroir.
