Jean-Claude Ramonet’s Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc Les Ruchottes Premier Cru 2017 is a synthesis of refinement and tradition. Pure Chardonnay fermented and aged in wood. The nose is a bouquet of white flowers, citrus and pulpy fruit, enriched with touches of vanilla and hazelnut. The taste is enveloping and full, characterized by a lively freshness and a minerality that lengthens the finish.
