Jermann, Chardonnay 2023, Bottle 750 ml

This Chardonnay from Friuli Venezia Giulia comes from vineyards located on marly and sandy soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a short aging on the lees. The wine has a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit, citrus fruits and delicate floral hints emerge. In the mouth, it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and a harmonious finish. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses.
