Jermann, Ribolla gialla Vinnae 2023, Bottle 750 ml

Obtained in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Ribolla Gialla “Vinnae” comes from vineyards located on marly and arenaceous soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a small part in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for a few months. The wine has a straw yellow hue with greenish reflections. On the nose, you can perceive aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is fresh and mineral, with good acidity and a refined finish. It goes well with appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
