Jules Brochet Prémices Extra Brut is a refined expression of the Champagne region, the result of a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This wine presents itself with a toasted nose, hints of cooked pear, lemon and hazelnut curd, followed by a creamy mousse and good reductive acidity. in the mouth it is delicate, fresh and very fruity, with a long and pleasant finish. Its structure is perfect to accompany delicate fish dishes, grilled shellfish and seafood risotto.
