Kurtatsch Winery, 600 Blanc de Blancs Riserva Extra brut 2019, Bottle 750 ml

The 600 Blanc de Blancs Riserva Extra Brut 2019 by Cantina Kurtatsch is a sparkling wine of excellence obtained at 600 meters above sea level in the hamlet of Penone. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from ancient vines, it ages 55 months on the lees developing a fine perlage with good persistence. The nose expresses fruity hints of white peach, yellow tropical fruit, quince, spiced bread and brioche. In the mouth it reveals a creamy and firm structure with marked minerality and salinity in the aftertaste, an authentic expression of the South Tyrolean terroir.
