The nose expresses itself with opulent aromas of ripe cherry, hints of cocoa and spicy hints that blend into a complex and enveloping bouquet. The palate is characterized by an important tannins, a fruity aroma of good persistence and a pleasant flavor, supported by a good acidity. Made in purity with Primitivo grapes, this wine represents the essence of the Apulian tradition, enhanced by a careful and respectful vinification of the territory.

L’Archetipo is much more than a winery: it is an agricultural philosophy, an ethical and poetic vision of the land, born in the heart of Puglia, in the fertile Itria Valley, among dry stone walls, centuries-old oaks and ancient vines that have their roots in a calcareous soil, rich in life. Founded by Valentino Dibenedetto, an enlightened agronomist and pioneer of synergistic agriculture, L’Archetipo was born from the overcoming of organic and biodynamic, towards a new paradigm in which the vine is part of a complex ecosystem, cared for with respect, observation and love. The microclimate of the Itria Valley, marked by significant temperature variations and constant breezes, allows the freshness and integrity of the grapes to be preserved, while the richness of the soil favors an extraordinary varietal expressiveness.
