Sauvignon 2022 – Livio Felluga A Sauvignon that reflects the minerality of the Eocene marls of Friuli. Vinified in steel after clarification by decantation, it rests for six months on the lees. The color is a lively straw yellow; The nose is a varietal explosion of elderberry, lime and tomato leaf, enriched with white peach and exotic fruit. On the palate, freshness is combined with an iodized flavor, giving a long and spicy finish. Ideal with asparagus and vegetable dishes.
