Rosazzo Bianco (Cuvée) – Livio Felluga From the prestigious area of Rosazzo, this white blends Friulano, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon grown on Eocene marl. The vinification is differentiated: steel for Sauvignon and Pinot Blanc, small wood for Friulano, with a rest on the lees that gives creaminess. The intense yellow glass anticipates aromas of orange blossom, jasmine and yellow peach. The taste is a perfect balance between body and freshness, with returns of honey and vanilla on a mineral base.
