Louis Roederer Collection 241 Brut – Mathusalem (6 Liters) Offered in the prestigious 6-liter Mathusalem format, Collection 241 celebrates the mastery of the Reims Maison. The cuvée comes from a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Meunier, which combines wines from the 2016 vintage with a precious selection of Reserve Wines (34% in wood) and Riserva Perpetua (55%), started in 2012. After four years of resting on the lees and six months of rest after disgorgement, the glass is dressed in a brilliant gold with a very fine perlage. The bouquet is a refined interweaving of toasted almonds, brioche and candied citrus fruits. On the palate it reveals freshness, creaminess and a mineral finish of great balance. A scenographic format, perfect for large celebrations.
