Louis Roederer, Cristal Rosé Brut 2013, Bottle 750 ml

Louis Roederer’s Cristal Rosé Brut 2013 is a luxury rosé Champagne, made with selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards cultivated according to biodynamic practices. The calcareous soils and favorable exposure contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes. Vinification includes cold maceration to extract the delicate hue and aromas, followed by fermentation partly in oak barrels and aging on the lees for at least 6 years. In the glass, it presents itself with a bright salmon pink hue and a fine perlage. The nose reveals complex aromas of berries, citrus fruits, white flowers and hints of pastry. In the mouth it is refined and silky, with a lively good acidity, refined structure and a long, mineral finish, which expresses the harmony between intensity and delicacy.
