Lunae Bosoni’s Vermentino Colli di Luni Etichetta Grigia 2023 is a fresh and harmonious white wine, coming from one of the most suitable areas on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. Straw yellow in hue with greenish reflections, it is characterized by an intense and articulated bouquet with citrus hints of lemon and lime, accompanied by floral hints of yellow flowers, white peach, myrtle and chamomile. in the mouth it is soft and round, balanced between acidity and flavor, with a fruity finish of long persistence and a decisive structure that makes it ideal to accompany complex dishes of fish, shellfish and white meats. Aged exclusively in steel, it best expresses the minerality of the territory and the good acidity typical of Vermentino dei Colli di Luni, enhancing the characteristics of the 2023 harvest with elegance and harmony.
