It comes from a blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, typical Alsace grape varieties that here give life to elegant wines with a distinctive and recognizable character. Brut Nature crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. Hints of white flowers, light-fleshed fruit and delicate nuances of brioche bread emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, creamy and well balanced, with a pleasant savory-mineral component that invites you to take a new sip.
