Moscato Passito “Seren” 2007 – Methylde From the Langhe, a meditation wine made from Moscato Bianco dried in the vineyard. The vinification in steel preserves the aromaticity of the grape variety. The nose is a triumph of honey, dates, apricot and jam. On the palate it is warm, dense and juicy, with a persistence that seems to never end. Perfect with blue cheeses or foie gras.
