Michel Noëllat’s Vosne-Romanée Les Beaux Monts Premier Cru 2021 is a Pinot Noir of pure elegance. Born in the “Les Beaux Monts” climate, on well-exposed clayey-limestone soils, it ferments in steel and matures in wood (half new). The glass is tinged with a deep purple, anticipating a powerful nose of spices and black fruits. Velvety yet firm on the palate, with present tannins supporting a pleasant structure, a testament to the winery’s long family tradition.
