The Ornellaia Bolgheri Superiore 2022 is a structured red wine that best expresses the character of the Tuscan terroir of Bolgheri. The nose has intense aromas of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by elegant hints of vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and sweet spices, the result of aging for 18 months in French oak barrels. In the mouth it stands out for its complexity and finesse, with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long, mineral finish, reflecting the influence of the marine climate and alluvial and volcanic soils. A rich, balanced and refined wine, the result of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, born from the skilful vinification of the Ornellaia Estate, which continues the tradition of the great Super Tuscans of Bolgheri.
