Paul Gosset’s Champagne Rosé Extra Brut, an authentic expression of the terroir of Aÿ in Vallée de la Marne. Made from 100% Pinot Noir in macration, it has a bright pink hue with fine perlage and good persistence. The nose reveals elegant hints of small red fruits, dried flowers and autumnal nuances. In the mouth it is fresh, vibrant and taut, with mineral energy and a long finish with good persistence. Obtained in a limited edition, it blends craftsmanship and deep territorial sensitivity.
