Les Hauts d’Aillerands 2013 by Pertois-Moriset is a pure and crystalline Grand Cru from Le Mesnil. Chardonnay from old vines on limestone, aged over 60 months without dosage. White fruit, flowers and a sharp minerality on the nose. Taut and elegant in the mouth, it has a fine perlage ideal for oysters.
