Le Stanze del Poliziano 2021 is a Tuscan red wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, grown by hand in the vineyards of Montepulciano. It has an intense garnet red hue and the nose opens with hints of black cherry, blueberries and balsamic hints. In the mouth it stands out for its good acidity, balance and structure with velvety tannins and a finish of good persistence. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, this wine expresses the elegance and complexity typical of a modern Bordeaux blend, ideal to accompany first courses with meat sauce, game, roasts and aged cheeses.
