Quintarelli, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2017, Bottle 750 ml

Obtained in Valpolicella, Veneto, this Amarone is made with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, carefully selected and left to dry to concentrate aromas and flavors. Slow fermentation enhances complexity, while aging in large oak barrels for several years gives elegance and depth. Intense garnet red in hue, the nose reveals a complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, tobacco and dark chocolate. In the mouth it is full-bodied and velvety, with soft tannins and a long finish with good persistence. Perfect with red meats, game and aged cheeses, it expresses the excellence of the appellation.
