Aglianico “Terra d’Eclano” 2021 – Quintodecimo Expression of the Mirabella Eclano territory, this red comes from pure Aglianico grapes grown at 420 meters above sea level. After fermentation in steel, it ages for 18 months in barriques (new and second-passage). The bouquet is enveloping: berries, plum, tobacco and balsamic touches. In the mouth it combines structure and elegance, with smooth tannins and a freshness that accompanies a persistent finish. Perfect with roasts and aged cheeses.
