Raìna – Grechetto 2023 Raìna’s Grechetto 2023 is an authentic expression of the Montefalco area, processed biodynamically. The grapes undergo a short maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation in steel thanks to native yeasts. The wine matures on the fine lees for about 6-7 months before a short passage in the bottle. In the glass it appears of an intense golden yellow, slightly veiled. The aromas evoke pulpy fruit, peach and wildflowers, supported by a strong mineral imprint. The taste is fresh and savory, closing with the characteristic bitter almond finish.
