Raìna – Rosso della Gobba 2022 The Rosso della Gobba 2022 is an Umbrian red blend that combines Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Sagrantino, grown according to the dictates of biodynamics. Fermentation is spontaneous in steel, while aging lasts for 18 months alternating steel and cement tanks. It is ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet is dominated by wild berries, black cherry and sweet spices. On the palate it shows good structure and roundness, maintaining an excellent balance between freshness and tannic texture.
