Renato Ratti’s Barolo Marcenasco 2020 is a red wine of great finesse, grace and expressive elegance, made with Nebbiolo grapes from the single Marcenasco cru in the municipality of La Morra. This Barolo features a bright garnet red hue and a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, oriental spices and licorice. In the mouth, the wine is robust, articulated, with vigorous tannins and a good remarkable acidity, capable of evolving for decades. Aging takes place for 24 months in large oak barrels, followed by a further period of aging in the bottle
