The Champagne Salon Cuvée S Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut 2013 is a masterpiece of elegance and finesse, made exclusively with Chardonnay from the prestigious Le Mesnil-sur-Oger cru in the Côte des Blancs. To the eye it has a bright golden robe and green reflections, accompanied by a fine perlage and good persistence. The nose expresses itself with complex aromas of white flowers, tilleul, jasmine, bergamot, candied citrus fruits, toasted almonds and a typical chalk minerality. In the mouth it is vibrant and precise, with a solid structure, hints of baked apple, toasted hazelnuts and salted butter caramel, closing with a long mineral persistence and a silky texture.
