Stella di Campalto’s Brunello di Montalcino Bacia 2019 is a red wine of great elegance and complexity, the result of a balanced harvest and biodynamic vinification. The nose opens with hints of wild rose, aromatic herbs, blood orange and cherry, accompanied by mineral and spicy hints. In the mouth it is harmonious, with silky tannins, lively acidity and a finish of good persistence that expresses power and grace. obtained with Sangiovese grapes grown in mineral-rich soils in the San Giuseppe area, it is aged for 34 months in wooden barrels and further matured in the bottle for almost two years, enhancing its structure and complexity.
