The Tenuta del Priore Pecorino Col del Mondo Kerrias 2023 is a white wine of great charm from the Abruzzo region, made from 100% from the Pecorino grape variety. This wine has a bright straw yellow hue, characterized by a crystalline clarity. The nose is distinguished by delicate and fresh aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and floral scents that recall white and yellow flowers. In the mouth it expresses a pleasing good acidity, with a medium structure and a refined balance between acidity and roundness, accompanied by a slightly savory finish with good persistence. The 2023 harvest helps to give the wine a fresh and fragrant character, typical of recent vintages. Kerrias is obtained with fermentation in steel and maturation in cement tanks for about 5 months, keeping intact the aromatic purity of Pecorino and enhancing the terroir of the Pescara Hills. A wine that well represents the tradition and oenological research of the Tenuta del Priore.
