The Masseto 2014 demonstrates the excellence of the winery even in the most demanding vintages. This pure Merlot, grown on clay soils, ferments in steel to preserve good acidity and authenticity, followed by a 24-month aging in French oak barrels. The vintage is distinguished by a refined bouquet of berries, spices and delicate hints of graphite. Balance and good acidity stand out in the mouth, with well-integrated tannins and a long, well-persistent finish, an expression of the quality of the terroir and craftsmanship.
