Tenuta San Guido’s Le Difesa 2022 confirms the good acidity and elegance of this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. After fermentation in steel, it ages for 12 months in barriques, developing aromas of red fruits, dried flowers and light spicy hints. In the mouth it is harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasant flavor that make it perfect to be enjoyed right away. A versatile wine, ideal to accompany meat dishes or cheeses, but also for a short aging in the bottle.
