Recioto della Valpolicella “Argille Bianche” 2003 – Tenuta Sant’Antonio Sweet red from dried Corvina, Rondinella and Croatina grapes. Fermented in oak and aged 24 months in new barriques. The nose is intense: cherry jam, ripe red fruit, cocoa and spices. On the palate, the sweetness is balanced by soft tannins and good acidity, making it rich and velvety. Ideal with dark chocolate or blue cheeses.
