Terlano Winery, Gewürztraminer 2022, Bottle 750 ml

Obtained from the Cantina di Terlano, located in South Tyrol, this Gewürztraminer 2022 is made from grapes grown between 250 and 500 meters above sea level on sandy soils of porphyritic origin. The manual harvest guarantees the selection of the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging on the lees for six months. In the glass it has a bright and saturated straw yellow hue. The nose expresses a captivating bouquet with hints of lychee, mango, honeysuckle and cloves, complemented by hints of rose petals, typical of the grape variety. In the mouth, the aromatic structure returns with a fresh fruity flavor, lively acidity and mineral hints, leaving a round aftertaste with good persistence. Ideal in combination with Asian cuisine, seafood and blue cheeses.
