Desideri 2020 – Agricole Vallone Bianco passito del Salento, blend of Chardonnay, Falanghina, Moscatello and Malvasia. Part of the grapes dry on racks, while fermentation takes place in steel and tonneaux. Golden yellow, it smells of jasmine, tropical fruit and candied citrus fruits. In the mouth it is structured and enveloping, supported by a lively acidity.
