75 lt Standard bottle
Vincent BrochetType Champagne
Vincent Brochet La Rosé Brut is a refined Champagne obtained in the prestigious Champagne region, characterized by a pale and bright pink hue with fine perlage and good persistence. The nose highlights fresh and complex hints of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral hints and light toasted nuances deriving from aging on the lees for about 42 months. In the mouth it is lively, with a good acidity and a harmonious balance between acidity and structure, with a long and pleasing finish. The cuvée is mainly composed of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from Premier Cru vineyards, emphasizing the producer’s attention to the origins and quality of the grapes. This brut sparkling wine testifies to Vincent Brochet’s tradition and mastery in creating elegant and complex wines, ideal for special moments and sophisticated aperitifs.

Vincent Brochet

The Maison Vincent Brochet, located in the heart of the Champagne region, boasts a long winemaking tradition based on the enhancement of the Premier Cru terroirs of Écueil and Sacy. Founded by a family with a deep passion for the art of winemaking, the company is dedicated to the production of Champagnes that faithfully express the character of the territory and the vintages. Vincent Brochet’s philosophy focuses on the balance between traditional methods and sustainable innovation, with particular attention to the respectful cultivation of the vineyards and minimal intervention in the cellar. The unique microclimate and calcareous soils of the parcels give the wines a distinctive freshness and minerality, while the long maturation on the lees enriches the cuvées with complexity and finesse.
