Argiolas’ Costamolino 2024 is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC obtained in the historic winery of Serdiana, in southern Sardinia. Obtained from pure Vermentino grapes grown on hills between Suelli and Selegas, at about 190 meters above sea level, it benefits from a Mediterranean climate with hot and breezy summers. The manual harvest takes place in the early hours of the morning to preserve the good acidity of the grapes. Vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature between 10 and 18°C for about 20 days and aging in steel for a few months. To the eye it is straw yellow with greenish reflections; The nose expresses delicate aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and lemon balm. in the mouth it is fresh, dry and savory, with a pleasant persistence.
