Bernard-Bonin, Bourgogne Blanc Initiales B.B. 2021, Bottle 750 ml

The Bourgogne Blanc “Initiales B.B.” 2021, obtained from Domaine Bernard-Bonin, is a fresh and lively Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards located near Meursault, grown on soils that enhance the minerality of the wine. Vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by an aging of 12 months, which gives elegance and depth. Straw yellow in hue with greenish reflections, the nose reveals aromas of green apple, fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. in the mouth it is fresh and mineral, with an excellent balance and a pleasant acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with light fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes.
