Buisson-Charles, Corton Grand Cru 2021, Bottle 750 ml

From the prestigious hill of Corton, in Burgundy, comes this pure Pinot Noir, an expression of a unique terroir characterized by clayey-calcareous marls. The mature vines are managed according to sustainable principles and the harvest is strictly manual. Vinification follows the traditional method: cold maceration, spontaneous fermentation and an aging of 18 months in French oak barrels (partly new). The nose is rich and complex: ripe red fruits, sweet spices, earthy notes and a touch of vanilla. On the palate it reveals power and structure, with silky tannins that accompany great depth and a very long finish.
