Cantine del Notaio, Il Preliminari 2023, Bottle 750 ml

Preliminari 2023 is an aromatic white wine produced by Cantine del Notaio in Rionero in Vulture, Basilicata. Obtained from a blend of Aglianico grapes vinified in white, Chardonnay, Malvasia and Moscato, grown on volcanic soils, the harvest takes place from the last ten days of August until the last ten days of September. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, followed by batonnage in steel and two months of aging in the bottle. The wine has a straw yellow color; The nose offers aromas of fresh fruit such as apple, pear and peach, exotic fruit such as pineapple, mango and papaya, accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn and broom. On the palate it is savory, fresh, with notes of white and yellow fruit.
