Castello Monaci Charà 2022 a refined and complex Chardonnay from Salento, Puglia. Straw yellow in hue with greenish reflections, it opens to the nose with intense aromas of white flowers such as lily of the valley, accompanied by fruity hints of tropical fruit, banana and pineapple. in the mouth it shows an enveloping structure, with a balance between minerality and softness deriving from the double fermentation in cement eggs and barriques. A dry, medium-bodied white that expresses the richness of the territory and the craftsmanship of the producer.
