Melacce 2021 – Castello ColleMassari A vibrant expression of the Maremma terroir, Melacce 2021 is a Vermentino Montecucco DOC that is born on sandstone and marl soils. Cryomaceration and aging on steel yeasts preserve its fragrance. Bright in its straw yellow, it offers a fresh bouquet of green apple, white peach, lime and exotic echoes. On the palate it is dry and decidedly “crunchy”, marked by a clear minerality that cleanses the palate with great elegance.
