Château Palmer, located in the heart of Margaux, Bordeaux, is a Troisième Grand Cru Classé that defies classification thanks to its excellent quality. The 2020 vintage is a refined blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, from vineyards cultivated with biodynamic practices on gravelly soils. After a meticulous manual harvest, the grapes ferment in concrete tanks to preserve purity and good acidity, followed by an aging of 18-20 months in French oak barrels, with a significant proportion of new wood. The result is a sumptuous wine, with a complex bouquet of red and black fruits, violets, spices and a touch of licorice. in the mouth it is rich and harmonious, with velvety tannins, a lively acidity and a finish of good persistence that expresses elegance and power. Ideal with fine meats and gourmet dishes.
