Chavy-Chouet’s Bourgogne Rouge “La Taupe” 2021 is a Pinot Noir originating from ancient vines located near Pommard. After aging for 10 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are new, it manifests itself with a lively ruby red hue. The scent releases fragrances of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, accompanied by spicy and earthy hints. The taste is full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste.
