Produced by the famous Chavy-Chouet wine estate, nestled in the center of Burgundy, this Puligny-Montrachet originates from the renowned cru “Les Enseignères”, adjacent to the Grand Crus of Bâtard-Montrachet. The vines, with an average age of over 60 years, are cared for with environmentally friendly methods that preserve the intrinsic harmony of the territory. Vinification includes fermentation in French oak barrels, with limited use of new wood, in order to safeguard the integrity of the fruit. In the glass, the wine sports a lively straw yellow hue. On the nose, it releases an intricate fragrance of white flowers, juicy peach and pear, embellished with delicate nuances of vanilla and butter. On the palate, it manifests itself with its intrinsic liveliness, strength and richness, characterized by a marked minerality and a sparkling acidity that give freshness and persistence to the aftertaste.
