The 2017 Pingus is a miracle of nature from the Ribera del Duero. Despite the frosts that reduced production, the old biodynamic vines have generated a cult red. Black cherry, raspberry and ethereal notes define the nose. Firm, compact on the palate with ultra-fine tannins and a vibrant minerality that balances out the power.
