François Raveneau’s Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux 2022 is an AOC white made in Burgundy from Chardonnay grapes grown on fossil-rich Kimmeridgian soils. Vinification takes place with fermentation in oak barrels and aging on the lees. The wine has a bright straw yellow hue. The nose expresses hints of lime, flint and a hint of saline. In the mouth it is refined, with a good lively acidity and a distinctive minerality, with a long and savory finish.
