This Champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The 1995 vintage was characterized by ideal climatic conditions, with optimal ripening of the grapes. After fermentation in small oak barrels, the wine rested on the lees for over two decades, developing complexity and depth. To the eye, it has an intense golden hue with amber reflections and a fine perlage with good persistence. On the nose, it expresses a complex bouquet of dried fruit, honey, sweet spices and toasted hints. In the mouth, it is rich and structured, with a lively acidity that balances the maturity of the flavors, culminating in a long and harmonious finish.
