Conte Giangirolamo of Tenute Girolamo was born in the heart of the most authentic Puglia, among vineyards overlooking the Murgia area and a family tradition that for generations has enhanced the character of the vines of the South. The winery interprets this wine with a modern style but respectful of the origins, focusing on balance, concentration and drinking pleasure.
Produced mainly from Primitivo and Aglianico, it is the result of a careful selection of grapes and a vinification that aims to preserve softness and territorial identity. The passage in wood accompanies the wine with discretion, helping to define a round and well-integrated structure without weighing down its profile.
The sip is full, soft and enveloping, supported by balanced tannins and a pleasant freshness that gives dynamism to the drink. The style is warm and persistent, with light spicy and balsamic nuances that accompany the finish with natural harmony. It is a red wine with a convivial but refined character, perfect to accompany roasts, grilled meats and aged cheeses, but also able to stand out during an informal dinner with a Mediterranean taste.
